Value Plus Support Agreement

ISS Automation offers a basic on-site hardware maintenance program. Extended Support Service Programs are also offered. 

  • 4 hour on-site response from a qualified technician
  • Support hours 8:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday
  • Contract pricing is all inclusive - unlimited service calls, labor, parts, travel time included
  • Preferred rate on After Hours Support programs
  • Dedicated sales support representative handles all your needs
  • Simply fax or email your inventory for a quotation

If your LAN performs mission-critical applications, it must be reliable. ISS Automation offers a series of extended service offerings to meet those mission critical network needs. Since we understand the damaging effects of downtime, we will pay close attention to your situation and make sure you are up and running. All equipment that we supply and repair is tested to manufacture standards and is accompanied by 12 months warranty.

Priority One Support Agreement

This service provides immediate Certified Network Engineering (Novell, NT/2000) support for any requirement on equipment that has been identified as mission critical.

  • On-site response of 2 hours or less
  • File Server restoration of operating systems, including Novell NetWare and MS Windows
  • File Server tape back up restoration
  • Priority phone support via our Novell/NT/2000/2003 help desk for remote diagnostics
  • File Server "Hot Swap" provided if repair can NOT be complete on-site
  • File Server configuration analysis for optimal performance
  • Dedicated sales support representative handles all your needs
